eTNS Package 

 eTNS is an exciting new treatment of ADHD for children ages 7-12. With minimal side effects, this treatment is done overnight while your child sleeps. While many parents will notice an improvement in ADHD symptoms after four weeks, eight weeks treatment is required for optimal results. To ensure the efficacy of the treatment, it is necessary to do it every night. 

A customized treatment plan will be developed to address all your child treatment needs. The e-TNS Package only includes the rental fee of the device, the cost of patches, the psychiatric evaluation for prescription and counseling, training, follow-up and monitoring services to facilitate your child’s successful use of the device. 

Package Components 

Complex Medical 

This hour-long appointment with the psychiatrist will determine if eTNS is an appropriate treatment for your child. If this is the right treatment, a prescription will be notated in the chart and the Initial Session will be scheduled with one of our therapists. 

Initial Session 

At this hour-and-a-half session, the therapist will discuss some strategies to help parents and the child be successful with the use of eTNS. Hands-on training will help parents and the child feel comfortable using the device. 

Monitoring and Progress Measurement 

Therapist will check in with the parents after treatment is started to monitor the child’s use of eTNS and resolve any treatment issues they may be experiencing. 

Follow-up session 

This 30-minute appointment will be scheduled between 3 and 4 weeks after starting the treatment to discuss how treatment is progressing and any concerns. 

Closing/Wrap-up Session 

The therapist will review pre- and post-measurements with the parents to determine progress and discuss future treatment needs. 

Total Cost of Package: $2025 *A refundable deposit of $500 is required for use of the eTNS device and due at the Initial Session. Once the device has been returned without any damage, the $500 will be refunded. 

Payment can be made in full or in installments: 

$500 due when scheduling Complex Medical 

$525 due at Initial Session (an additional $500 refundable deposit will be due at this date as well) 

$500 due two weeks after Initial Session 

$500 due four weeks after Initial Session 

Additional Services 

If the psychiatrist and/or therapist believes that your child’s tendency to be oppositional defiant or resistant to change could undermine the eTNS treatment, the following services may be recommended in addition to, or before starting eTNS Treatment. These additional sessions can be scheduled and paid for separately as needed: 

• Parent Child Interaction Therapy (for oppositional defiant behavior) 
• Behavioral treatment plan 
• Parent counseling
• Executive skills coaching
